Is this dental insurance?

No. This is an in-house membership plan — not insurance. There are no claims processes, no excess payments and no involvement from an insurance company.

Can NHS patients join?

Yes. Our membership plan is open to all patients — including existing NHS patients — and gives you access to additional private benefits alongside your NHS entitlement.

Can I cancel?

Our membership plan runs on an annual basis and automatically renews for a further 12-month term at the end of each year. If you do not wish to renew, you must give at least 30 days’ written notice before your renewal date. If you need to cancel during the plan year, we will consider requests on a case-by-case basis. Where cancellation is agreed, we will calculate the full standard value of any treatments and discounts already received under the plan. If this exceeds the total Direct Debit payments made, the difference will be due before the plan is closed. Full details are in our terms and conditions.
