Porcelain veneers
Custom-made in a dental laboratory from high-quality ceramic. Takes two appointments — one to prepare the teeth and take impressions, one to fit the finished veneers. More durable and more lifelike than composite. Lasts 10–15 years.
Composite veneers
Applied and shaped directly on the tooth in a single appointment. Less expensive than porcelain and require minimal tooth preparation. Can be repaired easily if chipped. Lasts 5–7 years with good care.
